Job Summary

About the role

As a Senior Advisor Productivity and Automation youll be working meticulously with large datasets providing specialist advice that shapes performance and drives impact. Youll support the team by delivering and tracking key metrics developing dashboards and ensuring outcomes are achieved with accuracy and clarity. Beyond reporting youll play a vital role in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement that will contribute to simplifying workflows streamlining service delivery and delivering outcomes that make a real impact across the School Workforce Directorate.

About you

Essential requirements of the role

  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Data Analytics Computer Science or a relevant discipline
  • Expertise across a range of HR functions with a focus specific to this role on the planning and execution of business strategies.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
  • Proficient in Power BI SQL and/or Python.
