CRLS Accountability Session Monitor

Description of Service Opportunity:

CRLS Student Accountability Sessions occur once a week from 3:10-4:10 PM for students who have had disciplinary and conduct infractions. CRLS is seeking staff during the 2025-2026 school year who can regularly monitor the activity and relay information to LC Deans about student progress and attendance to the accountability session.

During Accountability Sessions students will engage in a written self-reflection intended for them to take ownership of their actions understand the consequences of their behavior and develop strategies to make positive changes to avoid future issues. Additionally during Accountability Sessions students will be able to complete assignments independently on their own identify a CRLS staff member on school/ class work if the identified staff member is available perform community service based on availability and needs identified by CRLS/ CPS staff or work online on an individually developed Imagine Purpose Edgenuity skill building curriculum that the school is in the process of acquiring.

MinimumRequirements:

Ability to develop appropriate relationships with high school aged students demonstrated ability to maintain standards and expectations for students organized must have demonstrated good attendance and always punctual. Must be able to communicate with school administrators regarding student attendance and behavior in Accountability Sessions.

This individual will be paid at the school operations/project work rate of $35/hour; not to exceed 35 total hours ($1225 total).

September 1 2025 to June 30 2026

Not exceed $1225.00

Please note that your hourly rate is dependent upon your collective bargaining agreement or individual hourly rate. If you are a non-exemptemployee and have worked more than 40 hours a week you will be paid time and a half for any hours worked over 40 hours
