POSITION SUMMARY:
The Aftermarket Parts Coordinator works in a fun fast paced environment as a member of a cohesive AMP team that serves alongside WRMG dealers/suppliers dedicated to helping our customers enjoy love and conserve the great outdoors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assists dealers and retail consumers who are requesting parts support.
- Collaborates with outfitters at the plants and dealerships as well as those in the customer service and sales departments.
- Upholds company policies and procedures regarding parts sales/returns.
- Coordinates with third party suppliers regarding parts shipments in order to take care of dealers/customers needs quickly and efficiently.
- Provides valued feedback for continuous improvement of our organization.
- Creates opportunities to increase parts and accessories sales.
- Provides ideas and support for visual aids and publications that enhance the customer/employee experience.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY
- Customer Service Aptitude
- Verbal and Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Computer Proficiency
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
- Performs tasks and duties under general supervision using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures policies and practices.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Regular computer work and sitting
- Occasional walking standing and lifting up to 50lbs
