Position Overview

Clover Garden School is seeking a dynamic energetic and student-focused Middle School Title 1 Teacher Assistant.

Due to Title I grant funding availability for the2025-2026 school year we are looking for a full-

time teacher assistant to help support our teachers and students in the classrooms at the

Elementary level.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the lead teacher with lesson preparation and delivery
Providing one-on-one or small-group instruction
Supervising students in various settings
Track and record student progress which may include assisting with grading homework and tests
Help enforce classroom rules and procedures and maintain a positive and orderly learning environment
Help the teacher prepare and organize classroom materials set up equipment and create displays
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Degree Level: Associates Degree
Minimum Experience/Requirements: Candidates must meet at least one of the following
criteria:
1) hold at least an Associates Degree
2) 48-semester hours of transferable college coursework (GPA of 2.0 or higher) or
3) have 96-contact hours of college coursework plus passing scores on the
WorkKeys test.

available grant funding.**
