Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Promotions Assistant to support the execution of promotional campaigns client-focused initiatives and brand engagement activities. This role is ideal for an individual with strong communication skills attention to detail and a proactive mindset. You will work closely with our promotions and strategy teams to ensure smooth coordination effective campaign implementation and exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning coordinating and executing promotional events and brand initiatives.
Support the development of campaign materials and project documentation.
Maintain communication with clients partners and internal departments to ensure alignment.
Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and analysis.
Organize schedules timelines and logistics for ongoing promotions.
Ensure brand standards and quality expectations are consistently met.
Provide administrative and operational support to the promotions team as needed
