Delta Faucet Company one of the largest decorative plumbing product manufacturers in the world is headquartered in Indianapolis Indiana. Our award-winning design team provides creative direction and manages a diverse portfolio of products for kitchen and bathroom spaces including:

• Kitchen and Lavatory Faucets
• Tub and Shower Units (valve controls tub spouts showerheads hand showers body sprays shower panels etc.)
• Accessories (pulls knobs shelving systems towel bars robe hooks mirrors and more)
• Lighting
• Sanitary Ware (sinks etc.)
• Bathing Products (tubs shower surrounds tub/shower combos shower doors etc.)
• Technology Integration (electronics IoT and smart solutions in the above categories)

Responsibilities:

As an Industrial Design Co-op you will:

• Tackle product design and styling challenges with creativity efficiency and a strong focus on retail channel products.
• Prepare sketches renderings and models for innovative product designs.
• Present design concepts clearly through visual written and verbal communication to internal teams consumers customers and suppliers.
• Participate in and conduct consumer research to inform new product development and sophisticated concept projects driving innovation and consumer-preferred designs.
• Provide input to Industrial Design management to define portfolio needs.
• Submit and run design patents for original concepts.
• Assist the Industrial Design team with various projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BA/BS or BFA in Industrial Design Product Design or Furniture Design.

Hiring Target: $17.50 per hour

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience education and/or skills.
