What youll be doing
- Owning the financial model like its your firstborn
- Creating forecasts so accurate people will accuse you of witchcraft
- Turning Power BI dashboards into something people click into on purpose
- Running a 13-week cashflow that doesnt require interpretation
- Partnering with Operations to improve wage efficiency (without needing a translator)
- Helping Sales & Development price things based on data not optimism.
- Delivering insight thats actually actionable not just interesting
- Developing one direct report and gently steering them away from spreadsheet mayhem
- Spotting broken processes and fixing them (our favourite kind of rebel)
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and no they wont test you on debits and credits
- Commercial curious and allergic to vague answers
- Great with people not just spreadsheets
- Skilled in Excel Power BI and explaining things to non-finance humans
- Happy to challenge influence and simplify without being a finance diva
