Job Summary

Position Role:

NAVY SURFLOT FSU04 COMMS NETWORKS PO

Responsibilities:

Act as team member within their groups. Managing their personnel work delegated to them and liaising
with Ships Staff to ensure completion on time
To ensure that all members of the group observe Safe Systems of Work.
To adhere to H&S regulations and maintain the highest engineering standards.
To ensure reporting and documenting of completed tasks highlighting any deficiencies or deviations from
work specification to their Group Head.
Act as a specialist maintainer where suitably qualified.
Act as a Divisional Senior Rating actively coach and mentor their subordinates within FSU B on all
engineering and RN matters.
To deputise for Group Head in their absence.
Fulfil a military role as directed by CDR OP ENG SPT.
