About the role

The Email Marketing & Growth Intern will work closely with both our Email Marketing and Ecommerce teams to support their daily operations and drive successful campaigns.

What Youll Do

Assist in the creation and execution of newsletter campaigns.

Assist in creating engaging content and copywriting for email marketing communications.

Monitor and report on email campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Help create compelling ad copy and visuals to attract and engage target audiences.

Track and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns offering data-driven insights for Google Ads.

Assist with day-to-day functions to ensure smooth operation of the email marketing and SEA team.

Coordinate and collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

What You Bring

Willingness to learn new skills and email tools such as Attentive Shopify Analytics.

Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Excellent written and spoken English skills French German Dutch considered a plus.

Requirements

This internship is only open to students residing in the Netherlands preferably based around Amsterdam (no relocation)
For the duration of the internship must be enrolled in a Marketing/ Business related study with an accredited college/University
Fluent in English (both verbal and spoken) second language plus

What We Give

A 5- or 6-month internship (32 to 40 hours per week)
Start February 2026 (flexible)
2 vacation days per month based on 40 hours
Hybrid working 2 days at the EMEA office (Tuesday and Wednesday)
