We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Solutions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients providing tailored solutions managing inquiries and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients managing day-to-day communications and relationships.
Understand each clients unique business needs and objectives to deliver customized solutions.
Address and resolve client inquiries issues and requests promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams including sales product and support to coordinate and deliver effective solutions.
Monitor and report on client accounts ensuring client objectives and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Provide product demonstrations training and onboarding for new and existing clients.
Identify opportunities for account growth upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
Document client interactions and maintain up-to-date account records in the CRM system.
Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of products and services.
Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
2 years of experience in client relations account management customer service or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Proficient in CRM systems Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously.
High degree of professionalism empathy and customer orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Legal authorization to work in the United States; current US residency required.
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual Salary: $60000 to $85000
