POSITION SUMMARY: The Teacher will provide guidance and instructional experiences that are culturally academically and developmentally appropriate for each student assigned to that Duties and Responsibilities:Communicate accurately and effectively in the content area and maintain a professional rapport with feedback from and communicate with students in a manner which enhances student learning and understanding. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources for each area the development of student involvement responsibility and critical thinking the classroom to ensure the best use of instructional an atmosphere conducive to learning and Board of Trustees policies and administrative rules and accurate and up-to-date information to students in a way that enhances student learning. Manage time with administration parents and a positive atmosphere and arrange the physical environment of the classroom for optimum for instruction and show evidence of concern for students wellbeing and positive precautions to protect equipment materials and accurate and complete records as required by the school and reports progress or lack thereof to parents in a timely adequate preparations for a and implement appropriate classroom management strategies while maintaining high expectations for student cooperation between student involvement in appropriate and apply appropriate conflict resolution public relations appropriate techniques strategies and materials to achieve the desired instructional the curriculum to meet the needs of individual current technology for instruction and management purposes if appropriate/approved for tribal diagnostic data to improve instructional use and interpret evaluation to parents students administration and peers outside the school day if needed. Must be able to work within various degrees of noise temperature and air quality. Interruptions of work are routine. Flexibility and patience are required. Must be self-motivated and able to complete job assignments without direct supervision. Have manual and finger dexterity. Occasionally required to reach above shoulder level repetitive hand and arm motions; Must be able to see read and record small numbers.
