Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity that requires technical background or curiosty with French Italian German or Dutch fluency.

Working Model: On Site in Lisbon

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via chat email or phone
Deliver top-quality service for international clients
Maintain accurate case documentation in CRM systems

Requirements

Fluent French Italian German or Dutch speaking skills
Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
Ability to work shift-based
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Creativity and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
EU passaport holder or already in Portugal (with residence card)
