Job Summary
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Winchester NH
Contract Duration: 10 Weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20$30/hour
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical or long-term care setting. The ideal candidate is skilled detail-oriented and able to deliver safe patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice.
Administer medications treatments and wound care as ordered.
Monitor assess and document patient conditions and report changes promptly.
Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
Help maintain a clean safe and compliant care environment.
Communicate effectively with patients families and interdisciplinary team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire (or compact license).
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred.
Proficiency in medication administration and wound care.
Strong assessment documentation and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication teamwork and patient-service skills.
Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.
