Grants Pass Toyota is seeking a Courtesy Shuttle Driver/ Lobby Concierge who enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating a warm welcoming environment. This part-time position offers $15.05 per hour and is perfect for someone who values reliability enjoys staying active and thrives in a professional customer-focused setting.

In this role youll be the first point of contact for our guestsassisting customers in the lobby offering friendly guidance and providing safe courteous shuttle transportation. If you appreciate meaningful interaction and take satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly wed love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide friendly attentive service.
Maintain a clean tidy and welcoming lobby environment for guests.
Safely operate the courtesy shuttle to transport customers to and from the dealership.
Monitor and manage the daily pick-up and drop-off schedule.
Assist customers in the lobby by answering questions and guiding them as needed.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Work both indoors and outdoors including standing and walking for extended periods.
Use basic computer skills to support customer check-ins and schedule tracking.

Computer literacy
Detailed follow up
Professional appearance
Ability to work independently
Customer Service experience is preferred
Must have clean driving record
