Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues
Communicate with technicians to determine necessary repairs and services
Prepare clear accurate estimates
Explain repair recommendations in an easy-to-understand manner
Obtain customer approval before proceeding with repairs
Schedule service and repair appointments
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Strong punctuality and reliability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficient computer skills for entering and retrieving customer information
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
