SERVPRO
Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment products and supplies for each project; maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment
Prepare rooms/areas for work activities including staging and equipment setup
Perform restoration processes as directed
Pack out and process customer contents (furniture clothing documentation etc.)
Track customer contents using ICAT systems
Communicate with supervisors and other technicians to maintain efficient restoration processes
Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown leaving job sites orderly
Maintain an organized warehouse space; clean and maintain warehouse office and grounds as assigned
Develop expertise in restoration services cleaning products and equipment
Other duties as assigned
Maintain clear professional communication with supervisors teammates and customers
Support a positive customer experience by delivering quality work consistently
Experience in cleaning restoration or construction preferred
Strong work ethic and oral communication skills
Custodial or housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to pass a background check (as allowed by law)
High school diploma or GED preferred
IICRC certifications preferred
Ability to sit stand and walk for prolonged periods
Ability to repetitively push pull lift and carry objects
Ability to work with or around cleaning products/chemicals
Ability to travel locally and out of state as needed
