Rehabilitation Manager Home Health PTOT or SLP

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Rehabilitation Manager (Speech-Language Pathologist Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist) to lead our Senior Living home health team in Gaithersburg MD. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients and were looking for a clinical leader who is passionate about mentorship quality outcomes and patient-centered care.

What Youll Do

As a Rehabilitation Manager you will:

• Lead inspire and motivate a team of rehabilitation clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care

• Supervise and support field-based therapists

• Facilitate new-hire orientation and onboarding for rehabilitation staff

• Coordinate and/or deliver clinical in-services and ongoing training

• Promote high clinical ethical and safety standards in alignment with BAYADAs mission

What Were Looking For

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Home Health experience required including strong OASIS field experience

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication coaching and organizational skills

• A passion for mentoring clinicians and improving patient outcomes
