Job Summary

Early Education Intensive Paraeducator (Part-time) Needed

Location: Allen Brook School

Champlain Valley School District (CVSD) seeks an energetic paraprofessional to join our early education team. This is a 4 day a week position at Allen Brook School in Williston for up to 28 hours per week. We are seeking a warm highly organized and dynamic individual to support an inclusive preschool classroom. We are looking for a skilled caring individual to provide support for individual and small groups of students in personal development personal care behavior support and social-emotional skills. The candidate will be an advocate of inclusive education a problem-solver and strong collaborator and a positive team member. The ability to promote child growth and foster independence and a willingness to learn is essential.

Ideal Qualifications: Coursework in early childhood education and 2-3 years of experience preferred.

Please note that lifting may be a requirement for this job. Position may include supporting students on the bus ride to or from school.
