We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in AlUla Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager you will play a crucial role in driving our companys revenue growth developing and implementing effective sales strategies and leading a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and surpass individual and team goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role preferably in a relevant industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems
