Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate plays an essential role in supporting our warehouse operations by accurately selecting preparing and processing orders. This position requires strong attention to detail consistent professionalism and the ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment. A successful Order Picker helps ensure smooth inventory flow timely order fulfillment and overall operational excellence.
Duties:
Use RF scanners or hand-held devices to locate scan and track inventory.
Confirm order accuracy check for damages and prepare items for shipment.
Maintain organized stock areas to support workflow efficiency.
Follow all safety guidelines when operating warehouse equipment.
Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Participate in routine inventory counts and product audits.
Keep workspaces clean and orderly.
Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods promptly.
Communicate effectively regarding order updates or delays.
Stay updated on company procedures and inventory standards.
Requirements:
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Basic math skills for counting and verification.
4. Willingness to complete a background check.
5. High level of organization cleanliness and reliability.
6. Punctual dependable and able to adapt to changing priorities.
7. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
8. Experience with warehouse or inventory systems is beneficial.
9. Basic computer skills for scanning and order entry.
