A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst on behalf of a valued client. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting both the transition of existing systems and the ongoing enhancement of a next-generation digital solution.
Key Duties:
- Provide technical and functional support for investment platform applications
- Investigate diagnose and resolve incidents and system issues within agreed timeframes
- Collaborate with development infrastructure and product teams to ensure smooth system operations
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential risks or areas for improvement
- Support release cycles system changes and integration activities
- Maintain clear documentation including operational procedures and incident reports
Minimum Requirements:
- A relevant IT Computer Science or related qualification
- Proven experience working as an Application Support Analyst within a digital or financial services environment
- Strong understanding of application support processes system incident management and root-cause analysis
- Familiarity with modern technology stacks and integration methods
- Ability to interpret technical information and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in an agile fast-paced environment
