A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking a Automation Test Analyst on behalf of a client that is driving the development of an advanced investment platform built on modern architecture and straight-through processing. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing system reliability enabling seamless digital experiences and contributing to one of the most ambitious platform transformations in the financial services sector.
Key Duties:
- Design develop and maintain robust automated test frameworks
- Create execute and optimise automated test scripts across multiple systems
- Ensure high standards of quality through continuous integration and automated testing practices
- Collaborate with development business analysis and product teams to refine requirements and enhance test coverage
- Analyse test results identify defects and support teams in resolving issues efficiently
- Drive improvements in testing strategy automation maturity and quality engineering practices
- Contribute to the delivery of a scalable high-performance investment platform
Minimum Requirements:
- A relevant IT Computer Science Engineering or related qualification
- Proven experience as an Automation Test Analyst at a senior or specialist level
- Strong expertise in automation tools frameworks and scripting languages
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery
- Experience working within digital or financial services environments (advantageous)
- Ability to design scalable automation solutions and implement best practice
- Excellent analytical troubleshooting and documentation skills
