Are you a driven leasing professional with a passion for the industrial property sector and a talent for building strong tenant relationships
A respected client is seeking a confident strategic and results-focused Leasing Consultant to join their team and play a key role in optimising leasing performance across a diverse industrial portfolio.
Acting on behalf of our client this role will suit an experienced individual who excels in deal origination negotiations and providing market-leading insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for showcasing vacant space driving effective leasing strategies and ensuring excellent relations between tenants and property management.
Key Duties
- Canvas and show potential tenants vacant industrial space
- Handle direct enquiries and manage new lets and renewals
- Draft offers to lease negotiate deals and facilitate discussions between tenants and landlords
- Process letting deals and manage all associated documentation
- Participate in tenant specification processes and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders
- Ensure premises are prepared and suitable for occupation
- Keep up to date with industrial trends both locally and internationally
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers
- Provide accurate property information and market research
- Maintain updated marketing presentations and vacancy platforms
- Liaise closely with marketing and legal teams to finalise lease terms
- Assist with budgeting processes and provide accurate leasing feasibilities
- Minimise outstanding leases and ensure OSHACT compliance
- Coordinate incentives introductions and client functions
- Compile information relating to credit checks and financial reviews
Requirements
- 58 years letting experience in the industrial property sector
- Strong property marketing or real estate background
- Minimum Finance or Property-related qualification (or similar degree) with Estate Agency Board Certification
- Proficient in Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong financial and technical understanding relating to property
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability in strategic planning budgeting and market analysis
- Skilled in negotiation relationship management and problem-solving
- Ability to scope plan and execute projects effectively
- Results driven with strong risk assessment capabilities
- Ability to manage resources and ensure timely delivery of outputs
