Senior Graphic Designer

Were seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative studio driving high-impact visual communications across marketing digital and event channels. This role is key to delivering clear compelling designs that support company-wide initiatives and brand consistency. Working closely with marketing managers copywriters and fellow designers youll lead projects independently and mentor others to elevate our creative output.

- Serve as a guardian of our brand by ensuring consistency and high-quality output in all creative materials and refining brand guidelines as necessary.
- Own assigned projects managing timelines feedback and final delivery in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing product sales and creative teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful designs.
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers by providing feedback sharing best practices and fostering professional growth.
What Were Looking For On Your Resume
- 5 years of professional graphic design experience ideally in an agency design firm or fast-paced in-house creative environment.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications or a related field.
- A strong curated online portfolio demonstrating solid design fundamentals typography creative problem-solving and a variety of print digital and environmental work.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop) and proficiency in Figma.
- Knowledge or experience in basic motion graphics (After Effects) or video editing is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to clearly present and explain design decisions.
