Job Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist (Partnership) is responsible for designing and executing a strategic marketing partnership plan to enhance brand visibility engagement and business growth. This role involves researching initiating and maintaining collaborations with Media Buy Influencers Agencies Gamification platforms Ad Networks Presenters/Celebrities Podcasts and other relevant partners. The specialist will manage end-to-end partnership operations including finance legal and strategic analysis while overseeing one junior member to ensure the efficient execution of all tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Strategy & Business Expansion
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing partnership strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Research and identify new potential partners (Agency Media Buy Influencers Ad Network Gamification Podcast) while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with potential and current partners to secure beneficial collaborations.
- Seek new projects campaigns channels and emerging trends/technology to enhance business opportunities.
- Continuously research and monitor competitors partnership strategies to re-strategize and maintain a competitive edge.
2. Campaign Planning & Content Creation
- Brainstorm analyze and develop marketing projects/campaigns to make effective strategic decisions.
- Create plan and implement marketing content including briefing AW/Video materials proposals for collaboration projects and social media planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Content Creation Motion Design Online Community and related) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
3. Operational Management & Process Coordination
- Operate 3rd party (Media Buy Agency Influencer and related) projects from start to end ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Manage the related finance (payment/accounting) legal (contracts NDAs MOUs required documents) and administrative processes.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external parties to drive project success.
- Handle other assigned tasks relevant to the marketing partnership strategy.
4. Performance Analysis & Cost Efficiency
- Analyze and track the performance of campaigns and partnerships providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness ROI and cost-efficiency.
- Re-strategize 3rd party projects based on performance analysis and competitor monitoring.
- Responsible for achieving developing and optimizing KPIs and cost-efficiency for partnership initiatives.
5. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead mentor and develop the junior member to ensure effective task execution and professional growth.
- Set clear goals provide constructive feedback and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative team environment to drive creativity and strategic thinking. *Other related tasks due to assigned further
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in Digital Marketing Partnership Strategy Media Buy Influencer Marketing or Business Development.
- Expertise: Proven experience with partnership operations from start to end including negotiation campaign management and strategic analysis.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze track and report campaign performance with experience in cost-efficiency optimization.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members.
- Creativity & Strategic Thinking: Ability to brainstorm develop and implement innovative partnership strategies.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- Preferred: Previous experience in partnership/agency/influencer collaboration is strongly preferred especially in financial industry and advertising agencies
