We are looking for a skilled Customer IAM Integration Engineer to join our team and take ownership of critical identity and access management integrations across our digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the existing integration between Ping AIC and Salesforce.
Ensure the smooth operation of identity services across all connected applications.
Define authentication and authorization flows using OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect and SAML.
Oversee proper handling and synchronization of identity data between ForgeRock Salesforce and downstream systems.
Enforce security best practices and compliance standards for identity management.
Provide technical support for identity-related incidents investigations and escalations.
Monitor optimize and enhance CIAM performance scalability and reliability.

Functional Skills

Experience with GDPR compliance and other relevant data protection regulations.

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in authentication and authorization protocols: OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect and SAML.
Experience working with REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (formerly ForgeRock).
CRM integration experience particularly with Salesforce.
Background in system migrations and complex integration environments.
Knowledge of API-led connectivity principles.
