Job Summary
AdventHealth Medical Group in Sebring is seeking to employ a dynamic APRN to join our thriving and robust Wound Care Clinic. Ideal candidate should expect:
Clinic based position: Mon-Thurs 8a-5p and Friday 8a-3p
Supportive clinic staff- 1 FT MD 4 RNs 1 Tech
Schedule/Staff that demand work/life balance
Collegial work environment/Family feel
EPIC EMR
Procedures/Clinic Duties:
Open wounds: Example- ulcers pressure injuries nonhealing wounds
Handling Inbox messaging
Administrative duties as required minimal
Ideal candidate should have:
Wound Care Board Certification as RN or APP
Experience in outpatient wound care treatment as RN or APP
Surgical nurse experience- optional but would be beneficial
Minimum three (3) years of previous experience as RN preferred
Care for patients using evidence-based medicine with a focus on patient safety and patient satisfaction
Ability to perform (or desire to learn) office procedures wound debridement
Education Licensure and Certification Required:
Masters degree in nursing (APRN)
