CNA Responsibilities
Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (bathing grooming dressing mobility meal support).
Follow individualized care plans as directed by nursing supervisors.
Document care and daily activities per facility guidelines.
Communicate resident concerns or condition changes promptly.
Support a safe clean and dignified environment for residents.
Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed.
Uphold professionalism respect and confidentiality at all times.
Participate in training and staff meetings to enhance skills.
Promote independence dignity and quality of life for all residents.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Active CNA license in North Carolina.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and support resident mobility.
Strong communication skills (read write and speak English).
Previous experience with memory care residents preferred.
