Salary: Range 68: $84984 - $111504 per year (DOQ)

WASHINGTON STATE RESIDENCY AND TELEWORK INFORMATION

AOC requires employees to reside in Washington State. Any exceptions must be approved. If you are invited to interview and currently reside outside of Washington State seek more information about residency requirements from the AOC hiring manager for this recruitment.

This position requires you to be in the office at least two (2) days per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

Some of the duties you will perform are:

Collaborates with the CES Manager/Supervisor to plan deliver and improve court education programs and services.
Designs and manages in-person online and hybrid educational events by working with internal teams stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Conducts needs assessments recommends priorities and contributes to the development of standards workflows and best practices.
Supports onboarding and coaching of educators promoting excellence in adult learning and customer service.
Monitors program quality and customer feedback to recommend improvements and report progress to leadership.
Stays current with trends in adult education and communicates professionally to ensure alignment with team goals.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Credentials

A combination of education and experience demonstrating a working knowledge of the functions of the position may be considered in meeting the qualifications baseline.

Bachelors degree in Education or closely related field

AND

Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in design and delivery of adult education.
One (1) year of progressively responsible experience in program development and/or project management.

Must be willing to travel. This position requires periodic travel to support programs in various parts of the state for up to one week at a time.

THE IDEAL APPLICANT WILL ALSO HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE EDUCATION KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Provides exceptional customer service and educational support with a strong focus on consultation organization and responsiveness.
Designs and delivers impactful curriculum for large and diverse audiences using adult learning theory and modern instructional strategies.
Communicates clearly and professionally while fostering collaboration team accountability and positive working relationships.
Manages complex projects independently from concept to implementation using realistic planning timelines and resource prioritization.
Applies innovative thinking creative design and current best practices to engage learners across in-person online and hybrid formats.
Demonstrates high proficiency with technology including livestreaming automation tools and accessibility standards for instructional design.
Adapts with agility to change embraces continuous improvement and models a positive solutions-oriented mindset.

Supplemental Information

The workweek may fluctuate depending on workload or agency needs.
Overnight travel may be required based on business needs.
This position is not overtime eligible.
