Role Overview
We are seeking experienced recruiters to support full-cycle recruiting across professional technical and skilled roles. This is a true independent contractor role designed for recruiters who value autonomy accountability and performance-based earnings.
There is no limit to what you can earn. Compensation is directly tied to successful placements. Your results drive your income.
At the same time this role requires recruiters who operate ethically and transparently. We do not misrepresent roles compensation or client expectations. We protect our clients brands and treat candidates with respect throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
- Source screen and present candidates who are both qualified and aligned
- Conduct structured honest phone screens and candidate assessments
- Communicate roles expectations and feedback clearly and accurately
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers through decision-making
- Maintain accurate documentation and real-time status updates
- Represent BRK Strategies with professionalism discretion and credibility

Requirements
Ideal Background
- 3 years of recruiting experience (military agency and or in-house)
- Proven success filling professional technical or hard-to-fill roles
- Strong sourcing screening and candidate engagement skills
- Comfortable operating independently in a 1099 environment
- High ethical standards and a relationship-first mindset
- Clear direct communication with candidates and clients
- Experience using an ATS (Zoho Recruit is a plus)
