Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Rockwall TX
We are seeking an experienced Senior BCBA to step into a leadership role and help expand our clinical impact while working alongside a collaborative high-performing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values innovation teamwork and delivering the highest standards of care.
Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation: $85000$112000 annually
(Combination of base salary and performance incentives)
- Base Salary: $85000$90000
- Performance Bonuses: Up to $1000 per month (up to $12000 annually)
- Professional Development:
- 12 CEUs annually
- Annual CEU stipend
- CASP membership
- Relocation assistance available
WorkLife Balance
- Hybrid flexibility: 3 work-from-home administrative days per month
- Schedule: MondayFriday daytime hours only
- Caseload: Manageable average of 7 clients
- Time Off: 27 total days off including PTO holidays CEU days and flex holidays
Position Overview
As a Senior BCBA you will oversee clinical services across clinic home and community settings while providing mentorship and leadership to RBTs and junior BCBAs. You will ensure treatment quality support professional growth and contribute to program development and clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee ABA services to support clients cognitive social and adaptive skill development
- Develop implement and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Supervise mentor and support RBTs and junior BCBAs
- Ensure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary service providers
- Provide ongoing feedback training and professional development to staff
- Assist with clinic oversight and program growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BCBA (5 years preferred)
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Current LBA or eligibility to obtain LBA
- BACB Supervisor status required
- Proven experience managing caseloads and supervising RBTs and junior BCBAs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential
- Collaborative adaptable and leadership-oriented mindset
- Ability to reliably commute to Rockwall TX or willingness to relocate with employer-provided assistance
