We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Field Service Technician at XOS you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation maintenance and repair of our equipment. You will collaborate with customers internal teams and technical support to deliver top-notch service and uphold our reputation for quality and reliability. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in delivering top-notch service and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

In this role you will:

• Deliver a positive customer experience while representing our products and services.

• Diagnose troubleshoot and repair XOS instruments on-site providing timely solutions.

• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Communicate directly with customers sales reps and distributors both in-person and by phone.

• Collaborate with internal support and applications teams to resolve complex technical issues.

• Provide training to customers and end-users on proper operation and maintenance.

• Maintain accurate service records including reports documentation and inventory.

• Build strong customer relationships and gather field feedback to support product and service improvements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 15 years of technical experience with strong electro-mechanical aptitude.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work independently.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting tools.

• Willingness to travel 8090% including overnight trips; must live near a major airport.

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
