What youll do
Youll focus on delivering technical projects and maintenance initiatives that ensure the reliability and efficiency of our installations. Acting as project manager for CAPEX projects youll lead the process from design and budgeting through execution and delivery while driving continuous improvement in maintenance standards and practices.
Youll also:
- Develop technical project objectives proposals and plans aligned with operational requirements.
- Evaluate design alternatives certify technical accuracy and prepare cost estimates.
- Monitor installations troubleshoot recurring issues and implement corrective actions to optimize performance.
Who were looking for
Were looking for someone who is responsible proactive and ready to Own this role. Someone with strong technical expertise project management skills and a passion for continuous improvement. Youll need to be a clear communicator capable of collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders.
Youll also need:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or related field).
- Experience in technical project management and maintenance within industrial environments.
- Knowledge of CAPEX project lifecycle budgeting and cost optimization.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. TPM) and spare parts management.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
