What Youll Need

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Strong understanding of EYFS and child development.
A caring enthusiastic and proactive approach to early years education.
Commitment to safeguarding and supporting childrens emotional wellbeing.

Previous nursery experience.

What Youll Do

Support childrens learning and development from birth to five through engaging play-based activities.
Build warm trusting relationships with children and families to create a secure and nurturing environment.
Assist with planning delivering and evaluating activities aligned with EYFS and the nurserys bespoke curriculum.
Observe and record childrens progress contributing to developmental records.
Help maintain calm safe stimulating indoor and outdoor learning spaces.
