Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

Full Time 40 Hours Per Week 13.50 Per Hour

This nursery provides a spacious bright and homely environment where children feel safe happy and inspired to learn. The setting has been thoughtfully designed to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a large outdoor garden accessible from many of the rooms giving children plenty of opportunities to explore play and enjoy fresh air throughout the day.

What Our Client Is Looking For

Level 3 Early Years Qualification
Previous nursery or childcare experience
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Passion for early years education and child development
Caring enthusiastic and proactive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and support engaging activities that encourage learning through play
Observe monitor and record childrens development and progress
Create a warm safe and stimulating environment for all children
Support childrens emotional wellbeing and individual learning needs
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times
Encourage childrens independence creativity and confidence
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain outstanding standards across the nursery
