Join us as Senior Global Mobility Consultant

Welcome to Global Mobility team

In this role youll make an impact by:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders managers and employees by providing expert guidance on global mobility strategies policies and processes.

• Lead collaboration efforts with People & Organization (P&O) payroll teams and external vendors (e.g. relocation providers tax consultants) to implement efficient global mobility programs ensuring compliance with local regulations andinternal policies.
• Oversee complex international assignments and cross-border employment arrangements ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business priorities.
• Provide strategic oversight and support for repatriation processes ensuring seamless transitions for employees and their families returning from international assignments.
• Continuously review and enhance global mobility frameworks identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Deliver insights and reporting to leadership using data analytics tools leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and improve program effectiveness.

To succeed you must hold:

• 5 years of progressive experience in global mobility international assignments or expatriate management within a global or multinational organization.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM and knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting tools
• Good analyticalskills.
• Good communication Fluent inEnglish and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Bachelors degree in human resources business administration finance or a related field. alternatively relevant experience.
