About the Role
Were hiring an Engineering Manager for Product Platform & Accounting APIs to build foundational systems that enable Floats product teams and external integrations.
This team sits at the center of engineering enabling others building leverage and ensuring accounting and API integrations are reliable scalable and extensible.
Youll operate in a player-coach model (60% hands-on) and lead work that often has indirect but massive impact.
What Youll Be Responsible For
Lead platform and accounting integration initiatives (QBO Xero NetSuite).
Anticipate engineering needs and translate them into platform capabilities.
Build scalable reliable API and integration systems.
Partner closely with Product on platform roadmaps.
Improve operational maturity and reduce engineering toil.
Contribute directly to backend and platform code.
