Product Marketing Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for our Safe Locks division in Lexington KY. Safe Locks develops and manufactures high-security electronic and mechanical locks used in safes ATMs and other secure storage applications. Our solutions help protect cash valuables and sensitive assets for customers in banking retail and government sectors around the world. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing marketing strategies launching products and ensuring they meet market needs while driving sales and customer engagement.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $85000 - $105000 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.) Plus an Annual Bonus. Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs market trends and competitive landscape. This includes gathering insights through customer feedback industry events and online research
• Develop clear and compelling product messaging that communicates the value and benefits of the product to the target audience
• Create and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches ensuring alignment with sales and marketing teams
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide the necessary tools training and materials to effectively sell the product
• Monitor and analyze product performance in the market adjusting strategies as necessary to improve sales and customer satisfaction

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• 5 years experience in product marketing or product management
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field or equivalent

WHAT WE PREFER

• Experience in the Financial Technology space working with financial institutions retailers ATM deployers armored car and service provider integrators
• Bi-lingual skills (Spanish)
