Job Summary
RRVL One Tech is seeking an experienced and analytically rigorous Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our e-commerce products. This role requires 2 years of relevant Product management experience ideally in online e-commerce with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
Core Responsibilities
As a Product Manager you will manage the complete product lifecycle ensuring customer empathy guides every decision. Your key responsibilities include:
- Setting up and actively tracking metrics for measuring product/functional performance and championing their continuous improvement.
- Collaborating throughout the product development process to validate hypotheses with data including the design and measurement of A/B experiments.
- Becoming the domain expert utilizing a clear data-driven understanding of how our users interact with the product.
- Building strategic partnerships with product leaders designers and engineers to influence and execute the product roadmap.
- Reviewing analytics implementation to guarantee the creation of high-quality actionable data.
Qualifications & Skills
Candidates must demonstrate expertise in Product building and product lifecycle management and meet the following mandatory criteria:
- 2 years of relevant Product management experience preferably in the online e-commerce domain.
- Strong understanding of product development fundamentals including requirement gathering roadmap planning and working within Agile/Scrum workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL BI tools (e.g. Looker Studio Tableau) and Analytical tools (e.g. Amplitude Segment Google Analytics). This deep analytical skill set is critical.
- Demonstrated ability to structure analyses and generate relevant insights to achieve business and product goals.
- Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (preferably Engineering).
- Analytical thinking problem-solving and a high level of comfort with numbers.
- Proficiency in using AI-powered tools for research insight generation and competitive analysis.
