The Amazon Now (or Quick Commerce) team is a passionate group of mission-focused leaders working on an exciting new initiative - deliveries in under 30 this role you will work with a wide range of stakeholders across operational technical business retail and finance teams to drive overall selection customer experience and business performance. The role will focus leading the Quick Commerce selection strategy building localized selection owning vendor promotions and partnerships improving pricing and in-stock and implementing operational process improvements. The successful candidate will leverage their team to build and implement a multi-year roadmap of initiatives that enhance customer selection and drive the flywheel to accelerate growth.
Your work will directly to impact the shopping experience of millions of customers globally by operationalizing this exciting new service.
- 12 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
- 6 years of team management experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
