The successful Employee and Labor Relations Administrative Assistant will excel in a fast-paced setting and provide responsive knowledgeable and highly reliable support to all levels of Metro employees and this role you will assist ELR staff managers and HR partners with a variety of employee and labor relations processes ensuring accuracy confidentiality and exceptional service. Your strong administrative expertise and understanding of HR and labor relations practices will help strengthen our operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Other Position Information
Work Location: This is a hybrid position. The team works in a hybrid model with days in the office as well as telecommuting. The ratio of remote to onsite work will be dependent on business needs and is subject to change. The primary onsite location is King Street Center 201 S. Jackson Seattle Washington 98104.
Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.
Work Schedule:This position is non-exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and is overtime eligible. The typical workweek is 40 hours per week Monday Friday.Union Representation: This position is not represented by a labor union.
