We are entering a new phase and yes we are upping the stakes. The strategy is in place the foundation is strong and recent launches such as Fenty and DAAR have shown what happens when creativity and execution truly come together. The coming years will bring more 360 campaigns deeper collaboration with key brands and a cultural lens on everything we do. And with that an activation calendar that will accelerate in both pace and ambition.
To do be able to do this we are now looking for a Marketing Activation Manager for the Swedish market who enjoys turning direction into action and driving the practical parts of our campaigns and activations. You will work closely with Louise and the team to translate the overall direction into practical plans and day to day execution. You help make things happen keep projects moving and ensure that the details land where they should.
What you will do

- Run campaigns from brief to plan to production to live and into clear learnings
- Keep timelines workflows teams and partners aligned without losing tempo
- Read question and help guide media recommendations within out of home digital out of home display and paid social.
- Strengthen campaigns through creators cultural insight and smart opportunities in social and digital
- Drive both digital and physical activations and be comfortable being hands-on on-site when needed
- Follow up on KPIs and create recaps that actually improve the next campaign
About the role and the team
You will join a fantastic team of specialists within Social Media Event and PR Influencer Marketing and Project Management. This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period. Do you have a long notice period No worries were more than happy to wait for the right person. The role is a full time position based at our headquarters on Sveavägen 53 in Stockholm and you will report to Louise Nobel Head of Marketing Sweden.

Youre expected to be on-site at least three days a week and in this role physical presence is a natural part of the job. Events activations store moments and meetings with partners all happen in real life and we need someone who thrives in that energy. Who you are
You are a broad marketer who enjoys when things move and still cares deeply about quality. You have delivered campaigns end to end and understand how media ideas and production come together in practice to create real impact.
You do not need a people manager title to lead. You do it through clarity structure and pace. People trust you because you bring structure clarity and reliability to the parts of the process you own. You are at your best in environments where plans can change opportunities can pop up and decisions need to be taken fast and you help bring order when things move quickly and support teams in staying aligned.
You will thrive here if you have
- Solid experience in marketing campaign management or project management
- Strong practical understanding of the full marketing ecosystem including creative media retail social and influencers and how they work together in a campaign
- Strong understanding of external media and confidence in challenging media agencies
- Proven experience turning campaign plans into concrete deliverables across both digital and physical channels
- Good instincts for culture trends and Gen Z and Millennial behaviour
- Confidence coordinating many stakeholders and parallel workflows
- Experience from fast moving organisations where priorities can shift
- A hands on approach and high standards for what you deliver
- Fluency in English and Swedish both spoken and written
Bonus if you bring - Experience from events retail activations or brand experiences
- Experience working closely with creators influencers or production partners
