Your contribution to Prysmians Success:

We are looking fora Trade and Corporate Finance Specialist to joinour office in Milan.

This position combines elements of negotiation technology strategy policy and procedures trade execution liaising with financial institutions and other business partners (both internal and external) risk management and compliance.
Reporting directly tothe Trade and Corporate Finance Director you will:

  • Assist in relationships with banks and financial institutions

  • Monitor all facilities (both cash and non-cash) available to the Group affiliates

  • Support for funding needs for the Group affiliates through intercompany loans third party debt or capital contribution

  • Support in the trade finance activities for the Italian entities of the Group and coordinating these activities for all the other companies worldwide

  • Monitor receivables factoring schemes in different countries and jurisdictions

  • Support in the financial costs budget preparation and monitoring the monthly financial results

  • Support in financial due diligences related to M&A transactions

You are the right fit if you have/are:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration or related with international study experience preferred.

  • 3 years of experience in trade and corporate finance in industrial and commercial companies preferably large and international. Experience in the banking sector can also be evaluated.

  • Proficiency in English

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel Power Point Word etc.); good knowledge of SAP will be considered as a plus.
