Your Role

We are looking for a brilliant and passionate person with strong competencies in SAP Master Data and Variant Configuration who could perfectly fit with Technogym.

Within the SAP ERP Competence Center you will be a key IT person joining our SAP Projects and giving significant contribution to the Digital Transformation of our will be a key part of our international ERP rollout and you will join our HQ ERP team and be part of our strategy in configuration support and improvement.

Your Impact

• Configuration maintenance and support related on SAP MM and Variant Configuration modules based on business requirements. Interactions with WM PP QM and SD modules will be part of daily job.

• Looking for improvement in business systems

• Assisting in testing process to discover errors and issues in business processes documentation or users lack of experience

• Application support and training of key-users and users

• Provide best-in-class services to our Company in the ERP area

• Develop and maintain the ERP solution according to group strategic guidelines

• Act as project manager in all ERP MM and Variant Configuration related projects

• In cooperation with ERP Manager and SAP Industrial Operations Manager manage all the projects of the SAP MM and Variant Configuration (Master data) Competence Center

• Business support

About You

• Experience in SAP MM and Variant Configuration modules(least 1 - 2 years). Experience with SAP WM EWM PP modules will be considered a plus.

• MSc or Ph.D. degree in Economics or Management Engineering or similar

• Consultancy experience combined with experience gained in a company

• Proficient Italian and English both written and oral

• Excellent organizational skills

• Problem solving and goal-oriented approach

• Team work

• Proficient in requirement gathering and in translating user and/or systems requirements intofunctional/technical specifications;

• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with strong accountability managing own tasks

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Availability for business travel including frequent assignments.

• Ability to deliver basic SAP training to end-users
