Job Summary

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Program Manager/RTE role! This is a 6-12 month contract opportunity based in Buffalo NY and is open to local and remote candidates. Some travel to Buffalo may be required.

What Youll Be Doing:

Provide weekly project status reports updated in the project tool
Collaborate with departments and partners to progress deliverables
Strategize implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
Work closely with cross-functional teams and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope deliverables required resources work plan budget and timing for new initiatives
Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department

What Youll Need to Have:

5 years of program or project management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
Experience managing programs within Global Banking Wealth or Private Banking domains with strong understanding of industry-specific processes compliance and customer needs.
Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum or SAFe and working knowledge of tools such as JIRA Confluence and other collaborative workspaces
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Exceptional leadership time management facilitation and organizational skills

Pay Range:$80-$90/hr
