Job Summary
With a period of change on the agenda were seeking a well-rounded talent acquisition professional who will help the company to continue to attract and engage niche skilled scientific and operations workforces to meet a period of high demand. This TA leader will bring expertise to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for their own hiring requisitions whilst being a strategic expert and go to partner for an array of stakeholders inclusive of Business Executives and their leadership teams along with HR leaders globally. Reporting directly to the Global Head of TA the role demands a practical hands-on mindset and a willingness to roll up ones sleeves as the team navigates a transitional phase.
