Job Summary

What Youll Do:

For weary travelers youre more than a bartender. Youre a friendly face at the end of a long flight or a stressful addition to expertly mixing cocktails and serving up ice-cold drafts you are an ultra-friendly ambassador for the Hotel.

Sure you will be preparing drinks taking orders and serving plates of deliciousness. But more than that youll take your food and beverage expertise and mix thoroughly with your knowledge of the city to give our guests an unforgettable of cake right

Here are a few things you can expect to do during a typical shift:

Demonstrate and promote a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products menus and promotions.
You know the ins and outs of making a creative and tasty drink.
Youll understand when its okay to chat with guests and know when you should be invisible.
Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar.

Where Youve Been:

Were looking for someone with a High School diploma (or equivalent) as well as previous bartending experience and a current Food Handlers Permit. The ability to think on your feet and work calmly under pressure is essential so any background working in those types of environments is a plus.

When Youre Here:

This probably goes without saying but youll be on your feet a lot.
