In This Role Youll:
- Set the vibe with positivity and accountability that lifts the whole team.
- Run training systems with finesse helping new team members feel like pros.
- Step up as Manager on Duty when the GM and AGM arent around guiding the crew and keeping things flowing.
- Keep the front-of-house running smoothly making every guest feel welcome and safe.
- Handle beverage inventory accurately manage food orders and ensure the bars always stocked and ready.
- Stay sharp on our menu offerings and level up your beverage knowledge.
- Other duties that keep things exciting and dynamic.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 4 years of experience in high-volume or guest-focused food service.
- 1 years in a leadership role like Lead Bartender Supervisor or Corporate Trainer is a plus.
- A love for cocktails creativity and connection with guests.
