What we offer Leaders:

Anyone serving as a Principal Assistant Principal or central office certificated administrator in OUSD in 2026-27 needing to clear their Administrative Services credential is eligible for THIS tuition-free job-embedded individualized coaching program.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree a California Commission on Teacher Credentialing issued Administrative Services Credential must be eligible for employment in the US and pass a criminal background check. Candidates must have two current professional references on file including one from a previous supervisor.

Assistant Principal candidates can be eligible with current enrollment in a CTC approved Administrative Services Credential Program.
