Zakres obowiązków:

Realizowanie zleceń wysyłkowych poprzez:
ścisłą współpracę z zespołem workcella
weryfikację zapasów
tworzenie dokumentów wysyłkowych w SAP (SO delivery note)
zlecanie wysyłki dla magazynu (WES)
awizację transportu (SpeedTrans).
Monitorowanie statusu realizacji wysyłek.
Podejmowanie działań aby zapewnić terminowe dostarczenie towaru do klienta.
Kontrola wskaźnika OTD (On Time Delivery).

Wymagania:

Wiedza z zakresu procesów logistycznych w firmach produkcyjnych.
Mile widziana komunikacja w języku angielskim.
Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia.
Samodzielność i kreatywność w poszukiwaniu rozwiązań.
Znajomość obsługi komputera.
Znajomość MS Office oraz SAP.
