Zakres zadań:

• Kontrola poprawności działania systemu Genius

• Koordynacja wdrażania zmian systemowych zgodnie z polityką Spółki

• Wsparcie procesów testowych w ramach optymalizacji systemu

• Przygotowanie/modyfikacja procedur i niezbędnych dokumentów

• Współpraca z zespołem centralnym (komunikacja w języku angielskim)

• Rozwiązywanie i analiza występujących błędów

• Administracja użytkownikami i ich dostępami

• Przeprowadzanie szkoleń dla użytkowników systemu

• Przygotowywanie opracowanie i prezentowanie danych operacyjnych ECTS PL

Oczekiwania:

• Wykształcenie minimum średnie

• Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min B1)

• Minimum 3-letnie doświadczenie w strukturach agencji celnej

• Znajomość systemu Genius

• Znajomość procedur celnych i sposobu realizacji odpraw celnych

• Znajomość środowiska MS Office w szczególności Excel

• Dokładność orientacja na szczegóły

• Umiejętności analityczne umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów
